Your home screen
The Staff role is the most focused one: your home screen is the competition's schedule for Today and Tomorrow — every event with its time and place. Tap the pin icon to see an event on a map.
Events with check-in or check-out (green sign-in / orange sign-out icon) have a scan icon and can be tapped.
Continuous check-in and check-out
Tap an event and choose Continuous Check-in or Continuous Check-out. The camera opens; scan the QR code on the pilot's phone.
- A confirmation shows the pilot's photo, number and name — plus their T-shirt size and diet from Airtribune, handy at the registration or welcome desk.
- Tap Scan Next for the next pilot, or Done to stop.
- Scanning someone twice shows "Already Checked" — nothing is logged twice.
- A QR code that doesn't belong to a pilot in this competition shows "Pilot Not Found".
Scanning works without signal. The pilot is looked up in the list already on your phone, and the scan is sent as soon as you're back online. See Maps & Offline.

An admin can give you extra menu entries on top of the Staff role:
- Tracker Management — run the tracker desk: hand out and collect trackers and watch the tracker status screen. See Trackers.
- Pilot Sync — update the pilot list from Airtribune, e.g. after late registrations.
